He has given the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas a 50 million dollar donation, but in order for them to be able to spend that money they have to get that 50 million up to 500 million in 25 years. If they do not reach that goal they can keep the 50 million, but have to fork over the left over balance to Oklahoma State University.
