The College Board Is Out With A 2010 Progress Report On College Students…

They want to see 55% of people aged 25-34 with at least an associates degree by 2025.

To achieve this goal they want to see:

Universal preschool, improve middle and high school counseling, implement the best researched based dropout programs, align the K-12 system with international standards, improve teacher quality, simplify the college admission process, provide more need-based aid, and to keep college affordable.
