Pepperdine University Is Out With A New Reports….

looking at education expenditures in California from the 2003-2004 school year through the 2008-2009 school year.

They report that school attendance has dropped over the past few years.

What they also found during that time period is that as spending went up for education in California that money that went into teacher salary and benefits declined.
