The Southern Regional Educational Board Says….

that the entire college and not just the school of education is responsible for the education of a teacher. The report says that six states out of the sixteen states in the SREB hold colleges responsible for producing quality graduates.

The report lists graduate performance criteria and the steps in accountability process for poor colleges for all the states.

After looking at the main table this stuff helps insure some of the problems with producing a quality teacher, this stuff does not address curriculum problems loads of colleges have though.
