The Education Trusts Reports….

on minorities in the flagship state owned universities, a look at only 50 universities.  They say that only 22% of them get pell grant money compared to 35% for all colleges and universities.  Only 12% of the students at a flagship  state owned university are Black, Latino, or Native American compared to 24% for all colleges and unversities.

The report does go into a massive bunch of report card grades.  On access for minority students most universities got poor scores, but 5 did get an A rating though.  On access for low income students only 7 states got an A rating. Scores though for student success were mixed bag. Only a few universities got an F grade while eight got an A rating.
