that the annual yearly progress measure is a piece of junk.  His one and only one recomendation in the researcdh article is that AYP rules be stopped until the premiss behind them is confirmed or refuted by solid, scientific research and that unintended, negative consequences can be avoided.

I do not feel we are going to reach the 2014 AYP goals at all. I do think one set standard though to say if a school is failing or not is a good thing to have though.
