the state of Oregon is going untapped. Students who get this grant must fill out the FAFSA form. There is median family income limits on who gets this money. If you get grant money it comes out to around 11% of attendance costs.
I am going to say that the grant size if too small, the median family income limit is too small, and another problem is that you have to fill out the FAFSA form before you can get at this grant money.
