wants more financial aid for college students. His program is based off the one that Green Central High School uses. To get a free year of books, tuition and fees you must stay out of trouble, take college prep classes, and work in the college 10 hours a week.

The nationwide cost for this program is 3 billion bucks.

Nice idea, need details on the funding side of things.
