The Chicago Tribune reports two seperate articles on Textbooks. Article one says that 22% of districts are using textbooks that are at least 15 years old in the state of Illinois. Some books are so bad they have to be duct taped and use rubberbands to keep them together.The second article is on parents who are shocked at the prices they have to pay for textbooks for his or her high school student.
