looking at two intensive teacher-induction programs. The report throws out first-year findings. The report found that after one year these programs they looked at did not really increase the amount of teachers staying in the school district.

What the people behind this report need to do is come back and look at as many of the schools they used in this report to come out with second-year and third-year findings. We really need to see a long term trend for teacher retention rates.
