Results from report:
Around 53% of high school students say they are hopeful about the future of the country. A 22% drop in 5 years. 39% are worried which is up 20% over the past five years. Most important issue for them is jobs.
4.5 hours spent per week by high school students on homework.
79% of high school students say that pressure to get good grades is a problem for them.
67% of students say they mostly get B’s on the report card.
70% of high school students say they want to go to a four year college sometime after high school.
Only 49% thought of becoming a teacher.
More students then ever are spending at least 10 hours on homework.
