The report says that rural kids could be even more at risk than other kids for dropping out of high school, but they also say that funding problems for rural areas are a big problem.

The report does look at a bunch of small cities as Adair Iowa that has a Boys and Girls Club with only four paid employees. Florence South Carolina has set up a juvenile crime prevention plan that worked. Clinton Iowa has set up an after school program.

I think this report is a great read.
