The Herald-Leader reports on this new program created by Mayor Jim Newberry that will give students that graduate from high school in the area a four-year scholarship as long as they major in science, technology, engineering or math, or plan to teach one of those subjects.

Great Idea, but will they go into more debt to pay for it.
