Wayne State University Students….

are not going to get a refund now of 13 bucks per credit hour. The University is now going to use the 5.3 million in contingency fees to improve classrooms, add to the rainy day fund, and pay off debt.

I say use all the money to pay off debt and then if you have any money left over give it back to the students.
