shows some very wacky changes in the line graphs in a report in the latest Education Next Journal. Stats looked at include Ohio, Arkansas, Missouri, California, and Massachusetts.

HUH!?!?!?! This should not be occurring. The longer you teach, the more money should go into the pension and it should be a nice steady move higher. Violent swings in your pension amount like the state of Arkansas has in the 50’s is bad.
