a new report saying that students in the wealthier schools in the Denver area learn English better than students in the poorer schools. Schools in the state have over 60% native Spanish speakers have an ELA program. 54 of the 97 Elementary schools have the ELA program and 53 out 54 schools are high-poverty. This shows that something is wrong with the ELA program.
