DREAM Act Article….

The Sacramento Bee on a whole bunch of undocumented college students who are on their way to Washington D.C. to get congress to pass the DREAM Act. The DREAM Act would allow an undocumented person the right to become a legal US citizen of they complete at least 2 years of college or serve in the military for two years.
