The Philadelphia Inquirer reports on teacher Solveigh Vogt who is taking apart in this program. She is going to teach Upper Dublin High School this year while Upper Dublin teacher Rob Albert is taking her place at a school in the small town of Ohrdruf, in Central Germany.
