The Texas Education Agency….
releases reports cards on schools. The Dallas Morning News reports on this. A massive jump occurred in schools that are labeled academically acceptable which is C grade.
The Austin American Statesman reports on this as well with a video link with Robert Scott who is the acting commissioner of the Texas Education Agency discussing accountability ratings.
The Houston Chronicle though has a report up on this as well stating the local school district bucked trends and the amount of schools that are labeled as unacceptable are almost halved.
