In the report they say that 52% of teacher applicants are frustrated with the school district hiring process which caused them to drop out of the hiring process. They showcased three top quality candidates lost based on what they showcased in the report imo.

82% of people that withdrew an application to the CPS would have worked for the school district if a job was offered to them must faster.

They also reported that 72% of principals were satisfied with 76% of the new teachers hired though.
