Texas “B On Time” Loan Program Article…

The Dallas Morning News reports that thousands of students are not going to be getting money from this program. The article states that they are 8 million short and will only be pay for 9.,900 students. New students are not going to get loan money and around 650 returning students are not going to get money either.
