Two Short Reports From Education Trust….

is out on salary gaps and how they effect poor students and how they effect minority students. The report looks at 10 school districts in the state of Texas.

The two reports showcased the same exact results. Teachers in the schools with either high minority or high amounts of poor students had pay that was lower that schools that did not have those problems.
