Lumina Foundation Report….

on adult learning programs is out. The report says that 54 million Americans lack a college degree.

Some things they would like to see in order to more adults with college degrees are:

Develop pre-baccalaureate and career-related certificate programs that can be used to get a college degree.

Have part-time college degree programs.

Create year-round and accelerated programs for potential students.
