Strategies for Children Is Out….

with a new report looking at elementary students in Massachusetts and how to improving their reading ability.

The people behind the report want to see effective implementation of reading and language interventions for children, early and ongoing assessments of children’s language and learning skills, a redefining of professional education to increase adults’ capacity to assess and support children’s language and reading development, a “language-rich, rigorous, and engaging reading curricula into early education and care settings, as well as PK-3 classrooms”, and amn expanding and strengthening work with families across learning settings and within communities.
