The National Council On Teacher Quality Is Out…

with a new report just looking at building teacher quality in Baltimore City Public Schools.

They want to see Tenure be meaningful, pay increases as they show that new teachers start out the same as other school districts in the state but the experienced teachers do not earn as much, and they want the school district to have an earlier cutoff date as to went a teacher says he or she is going to not come back next year to teach just to name a few topics they go over.
