is out with a report that is blasting the OECD and the data they collected on US Higher education. It also looks at a whole bunch of other studies as well.

They say that the OECD used an institutional number for the college graduation rate instead of system wide like countries in Europe do. The OECD rate is 56% vrs the new IHEP number of 63%. The 63% is much better than 56%, but still worse than other European nations.
