is out with a report looking at the California Community College system and the credit transfer policy it has when it comes moving college credits over the CSU and UC systems.

They report says that the transfer process is too complex which will cause the state to not graduate enough students with a bachelor degree. They also say that this transfer process winds up having students to take too many classes as well.

They report looks at a small bunch of the other states and how they deal with the credit transfer process.
