is out with a report looking at people from the Aspiring Principals Program.

The researchers found 41% of principals in the program were black vrs 29 of comparison principals.

The principals in the program were younger and had fewer years in the program.

Principals in the program went to schools with fewer white and Asian students.

The big thing they did find is that ELA scores when up at a faster rate in schools that had principals in the program vrs the schools that did not.
