The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports on students at most Georgia Technical colleges that will be able to transfer all the credits from an associate’s degree toward a bachelor’s degree in one of five programs at Southern Polytechnic State University.

The Miami Herald reports on University of Florida and Florida State University that has gotten a provision in a bill that will allow for tuition increases up to 15% that will allow colleges to use all revenues for academic enhancements as long as they can raise the required need-based aid through private donations.
