that the state may shut down the Oregon School for the Blind due to costs. The article says that the per student cost is 125,000 grand a student and House Education Chairwoman Sara Gelser wants to see the money directed to the school go to0 local school districts instead.

I do not know if we have any mismanagement of funds, but I would not close that school down at all.
