New Leaders for New Schools Article…..

The Baltimore Sun reports on this non profit program that is used in seven cities to help train principals.  The program has done so well in the Baltimore area they are going to allow full principal certification to people that graduatue from the program instead of alternative certification that must be renewed after two years.
