with a report looking at test scores of low income students at the two largest school districts in North Carolina. Both of the school districts have different approaches to how to seat these students.

They found that the test scores were slightly higher in Wake than in Charlotte-Mecklenburg, but Charlotte-Mecklenburg had more low income students.
