on Low-Income high school students.  The report says that only 61% percent graduate from high school which is 10% lower the graduation rate for all students.  They also say that by the age of 26 only 21% of low income students have a college degee which is 14% below the rate for all students.

The report states that at least half of low-income students do not apply for financial aid and that this money has to be more widely accessible.

90% of students have expectations of going on to college says the report, but they say that a rigorous curriculum is going to be a must in every state to change student opportunities and get them more onto a path to college.
