The NYC School System…..

is considering a plan that will allow outsiders run schools.  They wantto use taxpayer money to hire private groups to do this.

If private groups did take over some of the schools they would get fined if the performance is not good.

I think that some schools would work and some would not if this was to happen.  That would even occur with one compnay taking over many schools at once.
