They also looked at Milwaukee and Washington D.C. that got public support.
Milwaukee has the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program which gives money to students to go to the school of their choosing and the PAVE program just for Catholic schools.
They look at a voucher program used in Washington D.C. as well.
