mandatory Fitnessgram testing for all students. They state is also setting mandatory guidelines as well as to a minimum amount of PE a student must take as well.

With the Fitnessgram test a special report card is sent home to the parents.

The Dallas Morning News also reports on this and they have a video to look at as well.

IMO this is something every single school district needs as a standard.
