an audit of Missouri college tuition at public 4-year universities finds that out-of state student pay some of the lowest tuition compared to other states with Big 12 conference schools. The audit also says the state has no written policy for setting nonresident tuition.

are meeting AYP goals. 65.5% of the schools did it this time up from 62% a year ago. They also say that 72% of the schools that did not meet AYP goals are only missing one or two out the 31 possible targets.

in California has reached an agreement with schools. The agreement will require schools to aid any diabetic students it has. Insulin injections can now be administered by school nurses, parents, people designated by parents or if necessary by other school staff members trained by the school districts.
