is protesting that four schools in the area are going to have to teach kids 25 days longer. Each school in question has low ISTEP scores and the union feels feels the extra days of instruction will cut into other jobs, cause daycare problems, and vacation time.

is up from the Chicago Tribune. The article says that out of the 106 students that graduated with an associates degree in the Chicago area 96 of them went of to college to get more education while the other ten moved onto jobs in their career fields.
