The New York Times reports on this town that has no schools. Due to a loophole in rules in the state of Arizona this can go on and the town does not have to pay any property taxes.
that rising tuition costs has caused a population drop in the amount of students that go to two and four year public colleges and universities.
The press release shows that for four year colleges the population is flat lining, but when you add in the two-year schools the population starts to drop.
