The Baltimore Sun reports on this non profit program that is used in seven cities to help train principals.  The program has done so well in the Baltimore area they are going to allow full principal certification to people that graduatue from the program instead of alternative certification that must be renewed after two years.

are starting out in a pilot program that will have their college costs paid for them.  The pilot program is starting out with 50 million and it needs to grow to 200 million.  The money going to students will go to pay unmet need.
