The program is getting offered for the first time ever in the Mesa school district so that students can make up classes through computer-based learning.

more schools are starting to fail says anaylsis done by the Education Week People. They could only compare data from the 2005-2006 school year from 34 states and the District of Columbia.

The “Educating School Teachers” report by Arthur Levine is a second in a small series of reports looking at the education system. The report says mainly bad things about education schools and that most schools leave graduates unprepared to teach in the classroom. Another report earlier this year by the NCTQ failed over 60 of the around 70 plus colleges they looked at for poor reading skills curriculum in teacher schools.

because of students spending to much sedentary time in the class says a new report by the National Association of Sport and Physical Education. The report says students only sweat for sixteen minutes and that adding more time is not going to work.

The report includes education standards for each state and licensing requirements for teachers.
I do not not know what to do here. I want PE as a mandatory class, but I do not want the kids just running. Students need variety. Adding in the DDR video game to the gym classroom would be a good thing.
