had more schools receiving one of the highest two ratings and academically unacceptable ratings as well. All ratings are based on the TAKS scores, dropout rates, and graduation rates.
Over 3,000 schools recieved an A or B ratings from the state. One out of every twelve high schools in the state though recieved an F rating.
