The state appeals court of California is going to hear from students on Tuesday that have failed this exam.  This is the latest court fight over the exit exam.

They also report that amount passing the High School Exit Exam has increased to 90.8% which is up the last stated score of 90.4%

afford the 82 dollar fee to take the AP exam is up by the San Jose Mercury News.  Arkansas, Florida and South Carolina pay students to take the exam, but the state of California does not says the article.

I really do think this exam should be free for any high school student that signs up for an AP class.
