The American Council on Education has a recent report up saying that 78 percent of undergraduates in college worked while going to school I say that the more the students have to work to afford college the harder and harder it is going to get more college graduates.

The Boston Globe reports that high school students in the state of Massachustes in vocational programs will be able to get a “Certificate of Occupational Proficiency” in the next few years. The certificate will show off a higher level mastery in a vocational major.
