but high debt levels and low pay wait for them after graduation.  The article states that the vast majority of food service jobs are in the fast-food insustry and wait staff with an average of $7.73 while college tuition for some programs can easily run 20 grand per year.

Only 115,000 people in the food service sector are for chefs and head cooks says the article.

on college professors is out.  They show a trend that more and more of the college professors are becoming part time instructors.  Almost 50% of them are part time.  The report says that these part time instructructors are not given enough institutional suport to be an effective teacher, they they often lack an office, and usually are not available during regular business hours.
