Some results from the survey:

Employers are going to focus on hiring students with four year degrees than two year degrees.

91% agreed to the statement our company is asking employees to take on more responsibilities and to use a broader set of skills than in the past.

88% agreed to the statement to succeed in our company, employees need higher levels of learning and knowledge today than they did in the past.

49% agreed that some improvement is necessary at four year colleges in preparing students effectively for the challenges of today’s global economy.
