The AP and USA Today both have articles out on schools that can compete for 5 billion bucks in federal stimulus money.

The LA Times reports that the state is going to loose millions of bucks in federal stimulus dollars unless the state uses test scores to measure teacher performance.

The Denver Post reports on Lt. Gov. Barbara O’Brien of Colorado who is eager for more federal stimulus money for schools.

The Union-Tribune reports on 25 under-performing schools in the local school district that is going to get stimulus money.
