American Institutes For Research Is Out With A Report…

where they look at the TIMMS and PISA scores and assign a letter to the scores. The highest letter grade handed out is a B+ with some countries getting a below D grade.

US states would op mostly in the C grade level, but the people behind the report say that a big gap occurs between a B and a C grade.
