The Arizona Republic reports on this elementary school that had a school roof collapse. The article says that the roof held more wight than it should for 13 years.
I say all it takes is just one death from a school roof collapse before any real action could take place on a nationwide scale. The lawsuit from one death would be more than the repair to the roof.
