The Des Moines Register Reports on this student who protested taking an exam designed for students who lacked basic English skills. The student in question has an almost near-perfect grade-point average and acceptance letters from two Iowa colleges says the article.

The article includes a video to look at.

Imo I say the student is right and should not take the exam. Rules need to be changed so that a student if he or she wants to can take the regular exam.
